Community Constitution of Jackass Aeropark and Speedway


Preamble

We, the management of Jackass Aeropark and Speedway, in order to build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship, promote local economic growth, and ensure active participation and transparency, establish this Constitution for Jackass Aeropark and Speedway.

Article I: Local Hiring and Sourcing Policy

  1. Local First Initiative: Priority will be given to hiring local residents for all employment opportunities at Jackass Aeropark and Speedway. If no suitable local candidates are found, only then will the search extend beyond the local community.
  2. Local Sourcing: All goods and services required by Jackass Aeropark and Speedway shall be sourced from local businesses whenever possible. Efforts must be made to support local vendors and suppliers before considering external sources.

Article II: Community Benefits

  1. Community Development Fund: Annually,% of the net proceeds from Jackass Aeropark and Speedway will be donated to the Amargosa Town Board to support local education and community development projects.

Article III: Reimbursement for Community Resource Usage

  1. Resource Reimbursement: Jackass Aeropark and Speedway will reimburse the local community for any use of town resources such as fire, police, and other services that are utilized for events or operations at the aeropark and speedway.

Article IV: Local Engagement Platform

  1. Proposal and Complaint Submission: A digital platform will be made available exclusively to the local residents for the purpose of submitting proposals and complaints directly to the management of Jackass Aeropark and Speedway.

This Community Constitution is hereby ratified by the management team of Jackass Aeropark and Speedway and is effective immediately upon the date of its establishment. This document shall be reviewed annually and may be amended to address the evolving needs of the community and the aeropark.
