Builder's Card Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Builder's Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions:

The completion and opening of the project are not guaranteed, and there exists a possibility of failure or delay. Factors such as unforeseen circumstances, regulatory requirements, and other contingencies may impact the project timeline and its successful execution. This statement serves to acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the project's development and does not constitute a guarantee of its completion or success.

• Membership Enrollment:

  By enrolling in the Builder's Card program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment requires a monthly payment of $25 (excluding Amargosa Valley Locals), which will be charged automatically until cancellation.

• Exclusive Benefits:
  • Complimentary access to all Jackass Events and Activities.
  • Early ticket access for events.
  • Coverage for the cardholder and three additional people on the same card.
  • 30% discount on concessions, race suites, pit passes, racer fees, and store items.
  • Receipt of a physical and virtual card.
  • Exclusive entrance.
  • Contribution towards the economic growth of Amargosa Valley.
  • Free Tshirt, Mug, and Custom Brick at entrance. *Excludes complimentary subscriptions.
• Accumulation of Builder Card Months:

  Your monthly contributions will accumulate, earning you additional Builder Card months. These accumulated months can be applied to your Builder subscription once the venture opens.

• Cancellation Policy:

  You may cancel your subscription at any time without commitment. Upon cancellation, your access to exclusive benefits will cease. Any accumulated Builder Card months can be claimed to continue benefits.

• Local Benefits:

  Amargosa Valley locals are eligible for complimentary access to a Builder's Card, as a gesture of support for the local community.

• Terms of Access:

  By subscribing to the Builder's Card, you acknowledge that event access is subject to limited capacity. Additionally, discounts apply only to Jackass Events and Activities and exclude third-party vendors or services.

• Modification of Terms:

  These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Jackass Aeropark and Speedway. Any modifications will be communicated to all active Builder's Cardholders.

• 3rd Party vendors:

  Discounts offered to Builder Card holders at Jackass Aeropark and Speedway do not apply to purchases made from third-party vendors participating in these locations.

• Refund Policy:

  No refunds are provided for the builder card. You understand the inherent risks associated with project development, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory requirements, and other contingencies, which may impact the project's timeline and successful execution.

• Limited Capacity:

  While complimentary access is extended to Builder Card holders, admission is subject to availability and may be sold out or limited. We cannot guarantee space availability for all events.

• Class Action Waiver:
  By subscribing to the Builder's Card program, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If resolution cannot be achieved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nye County, Nevada for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.

• Governing Law:

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
